kiss scene in Mausam, Sonam Kapoor

After denial to give a kiss scene in Mausam, Sonam Kapoor, has finally has engaged in a passionate kissing scene with Shahid Kapoor.

When the director, Pankaj Kapur, informed Sonam about the kiss scene, she had refused to do it. As a last resort, Kapur had also called Anil Kapoor, her father, to ask Sonam to do the scene. But, all that didn’t work at that time. It is however not known what was the key that forced Sonam to give up her stand.

After the shooting of the kiss scene, Sonam told that the scene was the story’s demand and she has agreed to do the required amount of the scene.

In screen, this will be the first kiss for Sonam Kapoor. For Shahid, it will be the fourth kiss scene in screen. Shahid had kissed Kareena Kapoor in Jab We Met, Priyanka Chopra in Kaminey and Anushka Sharma in Badmaash Company.
